What we collect, and why. When you send an inquiry — through the estimate form on this site or by messaging our Telegram bot — we receive what you provide: your name, a way to reach you, and your project details. We use it for exactly one purpose: answering your inquiry with an estimate. No marketing lists, no profiling, no resale.

Where it goes. Inquiries are delivered to our team via Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) and stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. in the European Union. The form is protected against abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical browser signals for that purpose. This website is served by Cloudflare and sets no cookies.

How long. Inquiry records are kept while we work with you and deleted on request; raw uploads are purged within 12 months.

Your rights. Under applicable data-protection law (including the GDPR where it applies to you), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — one email to the address above does it.
